Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide...yep...it's that easy!

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped using discreet packaging to maintain privacy and to help prevent tampering.  We ship domestically in the U.S. using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  We ship internationally using USPS International or UPS.

How much is shipping?

tandard USPS shipping rates apply on all domestic orders.  International shipping is based on current international rates to the requested destination.

How long will it take to get my order?
USPS orders are typically delivered in 2-3 business days; however, it can take up to 10 days for international orders.  

I haven't received my order?
When you placed your order, an email was sent to the address you provided.  It includes a link to show you the status of your shipment!  If this doesn’t work or if you did not receive tracking information, contact us and we’ll track it down!


Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and PayPal (you can also pay by check with PayPal).  To process a credit card or check transaction without establishing an account with PayPal, simply select PayPal and choose to “pay as a guest.” 

Can I pay by check or some other method?
We only accept the payment methods listed above; however, PayPal offers the ability to pay by check.     

Do you take orders over the phone or through the mail?
We process orders directly on our website, which allows you to manage your account (if you choose to establish).  If you prefer to place a phone order, we can accommodate...just give us a call! 

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?
It will appear as Pottles or our legal name – Dispensary Outlet, LLC

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We typically offer promotions or discounts; simply check our website or follow us on Twitter to get exclusive offers.  We also offer wholesale pricing; simply visit the wholesale/private label section of our site for more information.  
 

How do I use my Promo Code or Coupon?
Promotion codes and coupons are redeemed during checkout.  Once you are ready to checkout, go to your “buggie” and enter the code where designated.  That’s it…your discount will be applied to your total.  Please note that our coupons are not valid with any other offer!

Are Pottles sold in a store near me?
Possibly. We sell to many stores across the US and Canada; however, if you don’t see Pottles in your local store, be sure to tell them to carry Pottles...cause baggies are trashy!

I want to sell your products in my store.

I am a Wholesaler/Distributor, do you offer volume pricing?

What is your return policy?
If your Pottles arrived damaged or if we shipped you the wrong product, contact us immediately and we’ll fix the problem!  Simply send us a message via our "Contact Us" link!
